Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use GNR8. They are written in plain English so you can actually read them. If something does not make sense, email rick@automation-expert.ai and we will explain it.

Who we are

GNR8 is operated by TEAMSolutions Group Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed on issue of these terms), an Australian company. We trade as Automation Expert for client work; GNR8 is one of our internal products that we also offer to other businesses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If we ever end up in court about them, that happens in an Australian court.

What GNR8 does

GNR8 has two sides:

• Cartograph helps you configure Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns. It generates the creative, the targeting brief, and the budget shape. You take that and run the campaign yourself, through your own Meta Ads account. GNR8 does not push ads live for you.
• Engagement drafts organic posts for LinkedIn and Facebook (text, images, carousels). You review and publish them through your own accounts. GNR8 does not publish for you.

Everything GNR8 produces is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it before it goes anywhere a customer can see.

Your account

You need to keep your login credentials safe. Anything that happens under your account is treated as if you did it. If you think someone else has access, change your password and email us straight away.

The information you give us at signup needs to be accurate. If your details change (new email, new business name), update them.

Acceptable use

A short list of things you cannot do with GNR8:

• Spam. Do not use GNR8 to generate content for unsolicited bulk outreach.
• Illegal content. Anything that breaks Australian law, or the law where your customers live, is off limits.
• Scraping or hammering the app. Do not run scripts against GNR8 that look like automated abuse.
• Reverse engineering. Do not pull the app apart to copy it.
• Reselling. Do not white-label GNR8 and resell it as your own. Talk to us if you want a partner arrangement.

If we see any of this, we will email you and ask you to stop. If it keeps happening, we will close the account.

Subscription and billing

GNR8 runs on a credit model. Every paid action (image generation, ad creative drafting, etc.) costs credits. Your plan determines how many credits you get per period and what it costs per period.

• Trial. New accounts get a starter credit pack to try the product. The trial expires after a set period; after that you pick a plan or the account becomes read-only.
• Plan changes. When you change plan, the credits attached to your old plan expire at the change date. They do not roll over.
• Refunds. We do not refund partial periods. If you cancel during a trial we will not bill you; if you cancel after a paid period has started, that period runs to its end and we do not refund the remainder.
• Failed payments. If we cannot charge you, the account becomes read-only after a short grace window. Update your payment details and it reactivates.

Your content

You own the content GNR8 generates for you. Drafts, posts, campaign briefs, image assets - all yours. You can use them however you want.

We keep a licence to use anonymised metrics (which templates get regenerated, which prompts get better results, how long a typical draft cycle takes) to make the product better. We do not use your customer data, your brand kit photos, or the actual text of your posts for any other purpose.

Service availability

We do our best to keep GNR8 up. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Things break. Third-party APIs we depend on (Anthropic, Google, Supabase) can go down. When that happens we work to bring things back as fast as we can.

If the service is unavailable for an extended period we will credit your account at our discretion. We do not pay cash compensation for downtime.

Termination

You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Your workspace gets archived for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

We can close your account if you breach these terms. For serious breaches (illegal content, fraud, payment chargebacks) we may close it immediately. For minor breaches we will email you first.

Limitation of liability

GNR8 is a tool. You decide what to do with the output. We are not responsible for the commercial outcomes of campaigns or posts you run with content GNR8 helped you create.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of GNR8 is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages (lost profits, lost data not caused by us, reputational harm).

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. When we make a material change we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. The current version always lives at this URL.
